ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:

• Entries must be original photography, 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional fine art

• NO reproductions are allowed

• PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SHOWCASING NUDITY OR CONTROVERSIAL CONTENT IN YOUR WORKS

• There is NO age limit on when works were created.

• NO sawtooth hangers for 2-dimensional art will be accepted

• NO photographic metal prints unless within a frame

• ALL thin canvases, including 1⁄2” canvases, MUST be framed and include hanging wires
• ALL gallery wrapped canvases 1.5”-2” must have painted and finished edges
• Unframed fiber works or cloth works need to include appropriate display equipment. 
  • If unsure, the artist needs to work with the curator at least five to seven days before the exhibit is installed to assure the artwork can be displayed properly.
• Accepted works NEED to include identification label attached to hanging wire:
  • INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED ON LABEL:
    • Title, Artist’s Name, Medium, Size, Email Address, Cellphone Number, & Price–if for sale (If NOT for sale, please indicate NFS (Not For Sale))

• Works Submitted to ANY exhibit at the Cumming Arts Center should be displayed for the duration of the show
• IF YOUR ART REQUIRES EARLY REMOVAL: a substitute must be supplied
• IN THE EVENT OF A SALE:
  • The Cumming Arts Center will receive 25% commission 
    • Please Price your artwork accordingly
  • Payments for sold pieces will be sent out in the first week of the month
• By submitting your artworks, you have agreed on allowing The Cumming Arts Center to use images of your work(s) for promotional purpose on our social media channels, print, and venues
• By your submission of work(s), you agree to the Waiver and Release of Liability of Art
